At Nazhad, we currently ship within the United States only, with all orders fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse. Processing time is 1–2 business days, and standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, resulting in a total delivery time of approximately 4–9 business days. Orders over $80 qualify for free shipping, while orders under $80 are charged a flat $10 shipping fee. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, in original condition with tags attached and original packaging whenever possible. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to personal reasons such as size or preference changes, while we will cover return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Refunds are processed after inspection and issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We do not offer direct exchanges; instead, eligible items can be returned and a new order placed.
